Important information regarding COVID-19

If you are considering booking an appointment, or have one already scheduled, please read the information below. This information covers additional measures that all clients need to take, and also explains what measures Reflex 2 Health is taking in the clinic to protect the health and safety of all.

WHAT ARE WE ASKING CLIENTS TO DO?

Please do not make a booking if:

  • You currently have any flu like symptoms eg. sore throat, coughing, sneezing and/or fever

  • You have returned from an overseas or interstate trip within the last 14 days

  • You have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19 within the last 14 days

Please cancel or reschedule your booking if:

  • You have developed a slight sore throat, difficulty in taking a breath, a cough, sneezing, fever or a drop in your energy level in the last few hours OR if you have been in contact with anyone that is suspected or has Covid-19. Even if you think it’s just the beginning of the seasonal flu or a slight cold you will not be able to come to your appointment.

Arriving to your appointment:

  • Please do not arrive early. The clinic needs to manage sanitisation between each client and also appropriate physical distancing in the clinic. If you do happen to be a little early, please wait in your car or out the front.

  • Please use bathroom facilities across the road in the Supabarn complex. These facilities are sanitised regularly.

  • Please use the hand sanitiser available on the table outside the clinic before entering. There will be instructions from Safe Work Australia available next to the pump bottle.

  • Where possible, please come to your appointment alone. Where this is not possible, please only bring one other person. To adhere to physical distancing requirements, the Reflex 2 Health clinic space can only accommodate three people at any one time (including the therapist).

  • Payment is preferred by card - Tap and Go system. If the payment requires a pin, the keypad will be sanitised after use.

  • Additional hand sanitiser in-clinic is available. Face masks are available to clients on request.

WHAT IS REFLEX 2 HEALTH DOING?

  • Regular hand cleaning. Washing / sanitising during and between clients.

  • Face masks used throughout all clinic sessions.

  • Hospital grade (70% alcohol) cleaning of all clinic surfaces pre and post all clinic sessions.

  • Disposable covers over pillows and replacement towels for each session.

  • Pump dispenser foot cream and single use sicks for ‘special blended’ cream and essential oils personal mix.

  • Reduction on number of clinic sessions to ensure no overlap between clients and additional time to undertake cleaning between each session.
